In the Spotlight: Maggie Kleinpeter & Supermaggie Studio
Tucked into on the west side of Canopy, along Gunther Street, Supermaggie Studio sits inside one of the site’s distinctive sun-filled purple art trailers. It’s easy to miss if you don’t know where to look, but that distance from the main flow is part of its charm. Inside, find incredible paintings, apparel, and artwork floor to ceiling.
Maggie Kleinpeter brings a sensibility shaped by her upbringing in South Louisiana. Her work carries that environment with it: heat, saturation, growth, and a closeness to the outdoors.
The studio is open during Open Canopy the first Saturday of every month from 1-4pm and by business hours M-F 9am-5pm.
