From Ivester Contemporary:
Tom Jean Webb's newest body of work explores themes of radical positivity and manifestation through a dreamlike, narrative lens. Centered around painting, the show invites viewers into playful, symbolic landscapes where intention and optimism take shape. Webb continues his connection to the desert, but here the imagery feels lighter, more ethereal and open to possibility. Figures and forms drift between real and imagined worlds, offering moments of reflection, joy, and quiet transformation. This exhibition marks a vibrant new chapter in Webb’s practice, one that embraces the creative power of belief. Tom Jean Webb is a multidisciplinary artist living and working between London, UK, and Austin, TX. Webb attended Kingston University in London and graduated with First Degree Honors in 2007. Webb has exhibited solo shows in various galleries internationally, including Ivester Contemporary in Austin, Texas; Circle Culture in Hamburg, Germany; and Brooke Benington in London, England, and has participated in group exhibitions in galleries such as Preacher Gallery in Austin, Texas. In 2025 he opened his first solo museum exhibition at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, Texas as well as graduating from his Fine Art Masters program at City and Guilds Art School London.
